If a person from another country invest 500,000.- $$ in property purchase they automatically qualify for Canadian citizenship. I know an immigrant who bought 5 properties. with a down payment on each, mortgaged the rest. They will rent them out for a year. Then move their relatives into them. I can’t help but suspect they will make grows out of them and that it is organized crime from other countries moving in. It is not hard to raise $500,000 for such a secure invesment Each transaction was done with a different realestate company. Their paper trail is easier to lose then. What Gov. is, doing is nuts
I also heard government is changing the amount of time to reside in Canada to only three years before Immagrants qualify for medical health care
All the Ethnic Canadians in government are looking after their own interest. If we dont wake up and stop our docile lay back attitude we are going to lose our country. “O Canada, our home and native land” will be sung by every one BUT Heritage Canadians

The internet is a huge tool. Gov uses it for their gain so they read their E-mails. If enough of us start writing, well it is a start. Let your voice be heard It does have power. and it does not take a whole lot of time out of the day to use the internet as a voice.

No links….The five acre property across the street from me sold under these conditions. The former owner is related to his realator so was privi to all the information. The realator was upset that he did not exclusively sell all 5 properties to the buyer. We know this property was financed and so it is safe to assume that all of them were. I have now met the new owner (Asian) and the new renter (Asian) HERE IS ANOTHER INCIDENT
I leased pasture from the farm beside me. I discovered I was leasing from a Triad gang leader. A family of illegal immigrants rented it and operated a grow. The place was busted several times by police. Several different families moved in. Finally the house caught on fire. The police finally busted this triad. The mortage company was the Bank Of Hong Kong. I talked to the Agent who came out to view the condition of the home. ( I was always there because my horses were over there ) This agent was holding a portfolio of 180 properties he had to inspect, all foreclosures and mortgaged to this one Triad leader. You might want to say yay for the cops, what a bust and it was.
Unfortunately This Gang owned way more homes. I found a slip of paper in the drive way that fell out of an electricians van. It was a schematic for a grow with the house address and the number # 279. so there was way more than 180 properties. I gave the information to the investigating constable. ” I know.” he said, frustrated. He explained that this “Green Stuff” was extra duty for him. There just was not enough time for it all. This gang has their own reno company, electric co. and Real Esate Co so they dont even have to tear down when they sell. THE COMPANY HE DID NOT OWN WAS THE INSURANCE CO. Three days after the fire, Gov. passed a bylaw that a proven grow could not collect fire insurance
The property beside me did not get siezed by the way. It was owned by a poor innocent white man in Alberta who rented it to someone through a rental agent out here. So he managed to keep it. Innocent man, my ass!!! Triad probably owned the rental agency. I found out later that his wife was Asian and the sister in law to the leaders, brother wife. The property is sold again to an Asian. A very nice family. Growing?? I think so! Triad?? I think so. When I asked if I could lease the pasture, he smiled. He wagged his finger at me an said ” No, no! No leasee. He has only a goat and a doberman. Every Sunday he cuts all his pasture with his ride on lawn mower.

Here’s what I tell people all the time: if you don’t like what you hear and see then start talking to your politicians and I really mean it. That is the only way change is going to happen. Trouble is, most people then reply, well it won’t make any difference anyway so why should I bother? Yikes….that frustrates the heck out of me, if not you then who? Start now…

I have M.S. and find it hard to deal with normal every day stuff. This “recession” has scared me. I am paying attention now. Every body has things wrong with them and are too busy. That is not a good enough excuse. We have to pay attention to our country. It is our duty to leave a well cared for country and economy for our children
Another concern: What is this HEALTH TOURISM??? Selling operations for an affordable fee outside of B.C.???? We have a waiting list. If this happens B.C. will never see the inside of an operating room unless we are dying. The “waiting list” is very controlled. The real wait is to get in to see the specialist and the looong wait for the MRI and diagnose…THEN YOU GO ON THE WAITING LIST
Well I know that one very well. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at the age of 40 so I understand health care, MRI and waiting lists. Health tourism has been going on for quite a long time, I know many people who return to their “home country” during the winter to get medical care. It’s a lot less expensive and they know the work will be done on time.
My work with the gov in on a part time basis. I am a full time life coach and author. and speaker.
The rest of my medical story is that, at age 47, I found out the Parkinson’s was wrong and I was actually quite healthy. Lucky for me but hearing that news was as shattering as it was when I was first diagnosed.
And, yes I have huskies, I do not raise them. How many horses do you have?

THE DISFUNCTION CONTINUED. SHE MARRIED A MAN WHO ABUSED HER DAUGHTER AND WAS HARD ON HER SONS ONE SON ENDED IN JAIL. THIS OF COURSE MADE HER EXTRA EMOTIONAL. WHEN SHE DISCOVERED HER DAUGHTERS ABUSE, THE HUSBAND SAID ” OH SHE IS DISTURBED BECAUSE OF HER PAST AND HER SON.”
SHE DID CONFIDE IN HER 2 BROTHERS SO I DIDNT INTERFER. NOTHING SEEMED TO BE HAPPENING. I DID NOT KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE. THE BROTHERS SAID SHE WOULD BE FINE. FINALLY SHE LEFT HER HUSBAND BUT ENDED UP NOT ABLE TO TAKE HER DAUGHTER. IT WAS A BIG COURT CASE. THE HUSBAND PROVED SHE WAS DISTURBED AND UNSTABLE AND KEPT THE GIRL. SHE KEPT FIGHTING FOR HER DAUGHTER. HER DAUGHTERS PRIVATE PARTS BECAME INFECTED. BY THIS TIME SHE WAS 14. FINALLY, THANKS TO SOCIAL SERVICE, PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE MOTHER, THE DAUGHTER WAS RESCUED.
i BEAT MYSELF UP FOR NOT HELPING. IT IS A DISTURBING SUBJECT. IT WAS MORE COMFORTABLE FOR ME TO BELIEVE SHE WAS ILL BECAUSE OF HER CHILDHOOD THEN TO BELIEVE HER. AFTER ALL, HER 2 BOTHERS ( FINE UPSTANDING MEN) SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE. WELL LONG STORY SHORT. IT ENDS UP THEY WERE IN DENIAL BECAUSE THEY HAD ALSO BEEN SEXUALLY ABUSED BY THE FATHER. BOTH ARE MARRIED BUT NIETHER HAVE HAD CHILDREN. I UNDERSTAND WHY. BLESS THEIR HEARTS. THEY ARE DEATHLY AFRAID OF THEMSELVES.

Canada has been my home for 47 of my 65 years. I always believed that the social conscience I developed in my youth was due to my Canadian education and I have proudly declared that I am 100%Canadian, and 100% Honduran. I came here as a foreign student and ended marrying a Canadian, my children grew here in Canada and rightfully so consider themselves Canadian.
But what I want to tell you is that being a foreigner in Canada is not a piece of cake. Underneath your social consciousness there is a great deal of ego centrism, a deep rooted feeling that people from other countries are not as good as you are. This marginalizes people in such a ways that destroys them. Despite of the fact that I have an english name, I’m not a visible minority and I have Canadian education I was marginalizized at work. Due to that I began a support association for immigrant women, where we met the most marginalized and lonely people you can imagine. This is due precisely to the attitude that you are demonstrating right now.
You have to consider that 99% of the foreigners that arrive are honest hard working people that need the opportunity do not get in their country and that Canada does not have the population to sustain future generations and the social programs that WE are accustomed. Canada has to bring foreigners to survive. BesidesStop and think, before you continue to spread hate.
If you cannot help someone, do not harm them, if you do, it may come back to you.
