I wonder if there other women who have been stay at home mom’s and then started a business when they turned 50?

The year I turned 50 our daughter moved to California to be closer to us and was offered a great job.  Right after she started this job the company lost their biggest client and thus the newest hires were layed off.  My daughter and I had always wanted to start a trendy web site for plus sized women and now was the time.

I am having to learn about web based advertising, photoshop and hardest part has been GOOGLE .  Do any of you have suggestions as to where I can learn the ins and outs of making a web site successful

If you will tell me name of your website, I’ll take a look at the code and let you know if you need to do anything to get it placed on the first or second page of search engines.  Having the highest possible placement will help you a lot when people do a key word search to find what you offer. Now you can! Just today, Vibrant Nation rolled out a new feature that allows you to edit a comment for 15 minutes or so after you submit it. Look for the link at the top of your comment, to the right of the publication time.

        Thanks for the suggestion!
