Tonight a friend of my husbands (he is a cop) said that there was a pizza delivery person in their area that went to deliver a pizza at some guys house… while he was standing there getting paid he noticed what was on the guys computers…Child Porn. So he quietly went to the cops and reported it to them…..Our friend said they couldn’t do a thing about it because they didn’t have evidence and it was he said vs he said…. WHAT IS WITH THIS????

Did the police at least check his name against their list of registered sex offenders? I’m neither a lawyer nor in law enforcement, but this sounds like a case for the Feds, and if I were the delivery man I would place a call to them. There are too many incompetent local Keystone Kops letting sex offenders slide under the radar, e.g. the Delaware pediatrician accused of raping over 100 of his patients.
