“The connection with a ‘higher power or being’ is very intimate and peaceful. Finding a place inside yourself where you can be totally peaceful is something that you need for your total health.”
“We can invert the vast and concentrate on the small, though it takes effort to do so in this noisy world.”
“I believe spirituality is the force coming from the center of each of my atoms joining with the powerful force of all of the other atoms in the universe.”
“I plan to be in Heaven with my Christian friends, my Jewish friends, my Spiritual friends, any friends and all people of any belief system. And, hey, if I end up being wrong about all of this, I will not be unhappy that I put so much of my earthly actions caring for others.”
“Church is not something we attend one morning a week, it is the daily consideration of the spiritual transformation, growth, and needs of the people we know, and of ourselves….When done right, it is phenomenal.”
“Sometimes our words get in the way of our hearts.”
“As a child, I, too, ‘never personally felt the presence of a Supreme Being,’ and still feel mostly like the ‘outsider’ in most societal games of life. I always thought, and sometimes still do, that it’s just me, that I’m just kinda socially inept. But, as I grow older and wiser and more healthy in my appreciation for accepting myself as I am, I find that I’m relaxing into my uniqueness–not exactly a ‘crazy old lady,’ but a creative sort who likes to stir things up and speak my own mind, defying accepted norms and questioning all things considered ‘normal’, you know?”
“What we believe in and live out in our lives is not only more powerful to stir inspiration but stirs up more compassionate actions, more honest relations, and this will result in better health for our bodies, our families, communities and our nations.”

My favorite definition of spirituality comes from Rick Fields. “Spirituality is that place where the utterly intimate and the vastly infinite meet.”
Spirituality is the inner being seeking its soul purpose.
When we go through all of life’s challenges we have a compass of sorts. This compass is often unheard in other ways, but is available to guide us through any crisis.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin: We are not a human being having a spiritual experience. We are a spiritual being having a human experience.
There is just something beyond any other description that makes us that spiritual being. And when the spirit continues its journey, if we have done the best we can with the knowledge we have, then the spirituality will be our light that shines.
God bless, J
My connection to GOD is a very personal one. I am clear that I am God also. I enjoy what resonates with my soul, particularly what I have discovered through the crimson circle.
