I never felt like a sex symbol, but I do feel sexier now and more comfortable in my own skin than ever before. I think it's confidence. I don't give a rat's behind what people think. So there's not that keeping up with the Jones's thing. I take care of myself, exercise, try and eat well...not always successful there, but I try. I take the time to put my makeup on when I go out. Every once in awhile I get a second look even now at 57. And I'll take it! Gosh you ladies are hot! It's liberating. I get to be all of me instead of a one dimensional ideal that I can never measure up to. I feel more confident and more attractive than I ever did when I was twenty something or even thirty plus for that matter.
