I love that Nancy has joined me in this challenge. We’ve both stopped being negative with other people….we save it for each other. Personal integrity is important to me because it builds trust. I know I can count on myself and other people know they can count on me. People have been supportive of this challenge and they don’t come to me bitching and moaning like they used to and they assume that I’m not going to bitch and moan and most of the time I don’t. I simply don’t respond…except with Nancy. This song is for us.

My six year old granddaughter told me just the other day that she is learning yoga in gym class. She said the teacher told them it would help them to calm down and be more peaceful. Then she demonstrated warrior lll and tree pose. I promised her I'd
