I will be up in the air on Thursday if the snow will stop causing problems such as flight cancellations. There are some cancellations now. I hope there are not interuptions of my plans to travel to Chula Vista California.

Hey Helen: You are coming to my neck of the woods — So Cal. Why Chula Vista?
Great, Dynamomma!
Thank you for responding! I will visit my sister there. I am so excited to be going. My sister moved there September 27 2009. She is slightly more mature than I, age. This sister and I did so much together. We mostly have fun! We will do Kharoke and we will probably act silly. Are you in Chula or where are you specifically? RSVP…
Chula Vista is the southern most part of California. I’m in Inland Empire which is about 150 miles north and inland from Los Angeles. My sister lives about 15 miles from me and we have a good relationship too. It’s nice that you are able to visit your sister and still act silly. Have a great time.
Well, hope snow didn’t interrupt your flight. But, I am sure that this deluge of rain isn’t much fun. Hopefully, it will stop by this afternoon!
Hello, Jackielee,
I am just noticing you post today, 2-23-2010. I left on Saturday – I can’t remember the date. However, I returned one week ago today. I had a great time. The weather was 80 degrees. I have not been on a plane since 2000 when I flew back from Florida on a medical emergency; my mother became ill once I left her in Baltimore. Taking a plane in 2010 (today) was like a strip search. However, it was still wonderful. Traveling to see my sister across the country truly liberated me; if I need that (smile). Thank you for your post.
Helen.
