Pain…Day four of Gratitude.

It takes a few days sometime to feel the pain of an injury…my left side is rather painful ,which slows me down to doing what I like to do. The thoughts that are going through my mind are how many people I know live with their pain on a daily basis, and many times do not complain? TODAY I want to give thanks and love to the many people who live in pain everyday as a part of their normal life and people expect them to act NORMAL!!.

I have high pain tolerance, but having a pain that interferes with your daily routine SUCKS..but the beauty in it is it shall soon pass I (believe).

It has made me stop and think of the many people, who struggle to put on their clothes and go to work so that others can have a better life, as well as themselves, grateful that I have a soul mate who help makes it possible for me to be free to pursue my passion.

Without some pain , we would not know the joy of being pain-free. So for those who suffer every day and have an occasional pain-free day , be selfish with it and enjoy your life, savor the silence of no pain, and you are more in my prayers and thoughts than ever before …YOU are the Real heroes of the world!!

And… for those who are basically pain-free we need to be more understanding and appreciative of the suffering others who live with pain go through and feel bad when they are not as Pleasant or happy as we would  like them to be instead we should strive to make life for them as easy a possible with plenty of love and hugs and doing what we can to lessen  their burdens , give them a lift in life.
