Mindfulness: an eight-week plan for finding peace in a frantic world

I’ve been reading the book Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic Worldand have just started week seven.

Just wondering if anyone else is doing the same and how they’re finding the journey…

It is a very buddhist methodology.  Would that more, say, politicians, read the book.  Compassion is the key, especially for oneself and one’s partner. …as well as all other interactions.  I am reading Thich Hnat Han “Anger”, do not know why (except to make peace in self re: son’s father)..Do not want any loose angry ends at the end.

Forgot to add, or until your house meets the value at which his was sold.  Then the house $$ would be equal, the way it is now you have to share when he moves in and he didn’t have same guideline.
