Is it too late to get a mentor

While many VN’ers are looking at retirement, I’m having to get back in the job market.  As I look back at my sporadic employment over the years, I see one thing that was missing from my career experience was a mentor.  Now I wonder, is it too late?  How do I find a mentor? I will admit, long-term unemployment is making me question my relevance in the job market.

    There are countless organizations of retired executives devoted to helping create and maintain small businesses, and I would imagine they would be willing to mentor individuals as well. One such group is SCORE
