| Is it too late to get a mentor |
While many VN’ers are looking at retirement, I’m having to get back in the job market. As I look back at my sporadic employment over the years, I see one thing that was missing from my career experience was a mentor. Now I wonder, is it too late? How do I find a mentor? I will admit, long-term unemployment is making me question my relevance in the job market.

thank you so much Lisa, that helps a lot. I know he tried to blame me for so much stuff, but like I told all of his family and mine none of that added up to a divorce. I do realize it's his needs, it just hurts so bad to think how many years he'sI used Noxzema from the time I was old enough to wash my own face, all through school and into adulthood. There are countless organizations of retired executives devoted to helping create and maintain small businesses, and I would imagine they would be willing to mentor individuals as well. One such group is SCORE
