Some days just drag when I know I’m not as young and energetic as I used to be. But I know that if I follow the Christ way, I will have the energy to do and live the way He wants me to.

Hi Sweetie, indeed he will. I love to sing and this morning I was singing this song which is very popular. The name of it is I Made It. But then I found myself putting my own words to this song and it went like this. I Made It – Without a Mother, or a Father, No sisters and no Brothers I Made It. God has been there for me. Without You God I would not Have Made it. It was You, You, You, You Lord. It was You, You, You and each time I said the word You I found myself shouting as I was getting ready for work. Honey God will give you the energy that you need. I am 57 and there are days I feel that I just can’t go on. I still work, I have a lot of enery. And just as I told another lady and everyone else I have not had any surgeries, I am on no medication. I have 5 children and I am strong. Oh to God Be the Glory. You will make it my love just hang in there. Drink lots of water. It is miracle liquid that he created for us. You will be alright.
That’s for sure. I do not know what I would haved done without God in my life. He has taken me through hurricanes, congestive heart failure, family problems, you name it. All the time God was always with me. I love to sing myself. I love the old hymns. One of my favorites is On Christ the Solid Rock I Stand, all other ground is sinking sand.
I am 66 and I have returned to school to complete my degree. There are some days that I do not want to get up and I have discovered my body has new aches and pains.
I know that I know that you can go on. We take one day at a time, sometimes 1 step at a time, but no matter what He is with us to give us strength, every minute, every second, every hour of the day.
