I am considering relocating to Denver and wanted to get advice from women who live there, what do you like,dislike,etc

Yes I get that you meant in the work place, not dating. But the original poster did use the example of Julia Roberts getting what she wants from a man by using her femininity. I don't see that as strong. As you know she was a hooker? This comparison It seems to me the only response is: you are right and leave it at that. Nothing else except to walk away.Paula, if you don't mind,, I would like to ask is in what way did she defend her? Did she say it wasn't her fault that she took up w your ex? Is she defending her actions since?
I do agree however with other posters however that those who haven't I have read all of the post to date and appreciate the good references. I have gone to the websites to read/listen and have ordered the books. I ordered hard copies so that others will have the same references. I look forward to the continuatioSounds like you have met your challenges with strength and creativity. You are thinking of options rather that saying this is how I am doing it. Good vibes! After having lived in San Francisco and New York City, I found Denver to be “lite” … lite theatre (obviously less than NYC but not as varied as SF). I don’t care for it much; don’t like the extremes in weather. Additionally, the traffic can be bad as there is minimal infrastructure. However, that being said… you can’t beat the scenery (mountains are gorgeous), the outdoor lifestyle (ROcky Mt. Natl Park is a drive away), and the people are quite friendly and helpful.
I moved to Denver two years ago. The lifestyle here is very outdoorsy. The mountains are great with lots of different drives to take. As someone else mentioned everyone seems to have at least one dog here. The weather suprised me, I had imagined it to be colder and snow all the time. We have just had a hot, dry summer. When it does snow, the roads are cleared quickly. Hope this helps.
