Mud House is a white wine from New Zealand, pretty reasonable ($12) and nice and dry. I generally prefer red wines, but this is enjoyable, not too citrus or acid. Don’t be put off by the screw top – a lot of wines from Down Under are doing that and it’s awfully convenient.
