I have a bar and am looking for new, relatively simple bar food ideas to add to the menu – what are your favorite bar food items?

Aside from the obvious peanuts, chips, & pretzels. Chicken Wings, cocktail meat balls, hot dogs, pickled tongue, pickled eggs, cheese plate, veggies & dip, stuffed avocado & shrimp, zucchini and mozorella fingers, caesar salad & chicken or shrimp, shrimp cocktail, chicken nuggets, mini pizzas, tortillas & salsa, tzatziki sauce & pita. I think most of these are relatively easy to prepare or microwavable.
What about some items along the line of Tapas? I’ve been to a couple of tapas restaurants in the past year, and really enjoyed the appetizer type menu. I was in Atlantic City last month and we had a drink at a bar before going to another restaurant. I don’t remember what the other items were, but we had the meatballs – three small meatballs in sauce with grated cheese. The cute part was that they folded the cloth napkin in a triangle to make a ‘tablecloth’ to serve the food on.
thanks but this is too time consuming
Thought it might be too much ‘make work’, but took the chance.
Not necessarily my favorites, but I’ve seen these items on bar menus: Burger and fries. Caesar salad (w/chicken extra), Chicken fingers with honey mustard, Fried calamari, Nachos. During the winter a cup/bowl of chili.
Success.
