My favorite movie of all time is Paradise Road.
It’s about how Western women interred in a WWII Japanese prison camp dealt with the deplorable conditions and terror with the love for/peace from vocally practicing orchestral music in secret, and finally performing before the entire camp at the risk of their lives.
LOVE these true-life overcoming types of stories!

Do you have an all-time favorite movie?

I would like to follow this.
One of my favorite movies is …
Just watched Temple Grandin – what a great and inspiring movie!
I liked it too. Watched it on HBO.
So very, very many favorites. Latest is The First Grader, a National Geographic movie. . . .not a documentary. Absolutely beautifully filmed movie with wonderful characters, a riveting plot line and script. So worth the time to watch it.
Fight Club.
1) Nothing is inherently impossible.
2) Nothing is what it seems.
3) Well, it’s got Edward Norton in it. DUH!
4) Visually and technically OUTSTANDING.
5) I stole a concept from that movie to headline the online personals ad via which I met my husband of almost 11 years now. ‘Nuff said.
