Did anyone else watch this new tv series on Monday?
I have no complaints about it (in fact, I’ll be watching again), but why is it that Hollywood is celebrating the foibles of interesting, funny, imperfectly decent men at midlife while it still seems to assume all of us are sex-crazes cougars (or angry shrews)?

I really had to laugh at the ending of this show last Monday night. Did you get a load of that woman who he bumped into and then saw hiking later? I love Ray Romano , but sexy, he is not. Oh yeah, that wow of a woman would really be noticing him! Boy, talk about a script written by men. If you remember, in Sex in the City, those women could attract guys but they always seemed to have faults. But, no, not in a man’s world. Of course,some middle aged guy can always attract whoever catches his eye. Yeah, in their dream world. And you are right about how women are always portrayed.
Ladies, I didn’t see the show, however, when the word “cougar” is let loose my ears perk up!
. If anyone knows anything about wild cats, they never stoke a mate. Their prey is for food and territory. Cougars are loners. When males give names out, they are trying to keep women from seeking or excepting invitations from younger males. IT IS CALLED CONTROL OVER MIND AND BODIES. Now they can date anyone and it is o.k. by the boys and females passively except. As Judy Steinberg says “No down time waiting for the Viagra to kick in. And they can dance and stay awake passed 10p.m. You have to love her for that!. I say let people like who they want. The males in Hollywood are starting to bore themselves with their nonsense. Many of the so called males they have young starlets frown over wouldn’t have a chance with some of us. It’s a joke!!
