  By not giving up on myself, even when I thought I couldn't take another step.

  I'm more content now and not always stressing about meaningless things.

a postcard to my younger self

I tell my daughter everyday to "make today count". Life goes by really fast ,so you have to make the most of it. Don't be afraid to try new things or a new adventure. That is where your memories come from! I wish I had that encouragement when I was in my 20's.
