• How did you get to where you are now?

  I've always been one to believe that if I faced life with courage, God would give me the strength to handle each day.  It took a lot of work and patience with who I wanted to become and in retrospect if I had to do it all again I would only change one thing...I would have loved myself a little more.  I'm grateful for all the friends who were part of what I like to call 'My Becoming'. 

• How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

  I'm ten years wiser...I like who I am and I no longer need to prove anything to anyone else.  I like the woman that looks back at me in the bathroom mirror each morning and I feel to shout hurray!!

• Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

  The plan is to be in good physical health, in a more loving relationship, surrounded by lots of grandchildren, spending more time enjoying my friends and living in a far-a-way place writing wonderful books!

a postcard to my younger self

"You Never Know" has become my motto over the years.  Things can change in a moment and at any given time we can be surprised...sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not but either way there is much to be embraced in living each day as it comes.  

my role models

I want to be like my daughter when I grow up...she is so full of life and I marvel at her courage to be all that she believes she can.  When she sets her mind at something there is no stopping her.  Her capacity to love others is never-ending and her wisdom is far beyond her 23 years of living.
