my bio

Born in Louisville Kentucky. My dad is a retired banker, my mother was a housewife. I have grown children, twins and 3 great younger children who I share with my husband of 3 years. We have 3 terrific GRANDS; the oldest, our grandson, is now almost 2, our granddaughter is nearly 9 months and our youngest grandson is 6 months. Sadly, we don't get to see them often enough ;-( 

I graduated from University of Louisville with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Have now started my Master's in Training and Program Development. I have worked in sexuality education for many years and am proud to have been part of an elite group of a teacher training cadre. 

I worked for the TN Dept of Health as a HIV trainer across the state before moving with my husband to Roanoke Virginia. Once we discovered we were going to be grandparents, we decided we had to be closer to our children so we moved to Mississippi.

I am now a trainer with an organization specializing in substance abuse prevention. Additionally,we do workforce development so I am working on developing new trainings for 2010.
