My parents divorced when I was ten and I always felt like my lack of self esteem most have something to do with my Dad's absence but then one day when I was in my firths my mother said or did something that made me realize she was emotionally abusive
Holy crap! What a sad story. Congrats on overcoming that hurdle. Wow.
How I would handle it. FIrst, I would get into therapy; that could go a long way to helping you and your difficulties.
Second (boundaries are necessary in life)..when your kids call for advice, I would FIRST ask them what their thoughts are anI totally agree. My campanion or shall I say "boyfriend, lol go dancing at least 3 times a week. Dancing makes us feel young and it's great excercise.
Go for it ! Get out there and do something you love !

That is what I have always heard.
No it’s not true. It depends on WHY the person cheated. There’s basically two factors: 1) situational, opportunity, sexual attractiveness, and 2) a genetic factor. The first can be corrected with lots of insight and soul searching on the part of the couple. The second fits the saying once a cheater always a cheater.
