Me and my boyfriend hav been living together for two years and we used to have a great sex life and kiss intimately. Now we haven’t kissed like men and women do in so long only smacks on the lips, and our lovemaking has turned into a once a week 10 minuet union on Saturday mornings. What is going on. We are both 40.

How I would handle it. FIrst, I would get into therapy; that could go a long way to helping you and your difficulties.
Second (boundaries are necessary in life)..when your kids call for advice, I would FIRST ask them what their thoughts are anI totally agree. My campanion or shall I say "boyfriend, lol go dancing at least 3 times a week. Dancing makes us feel young and it's great excercise.
Go for it ! Get out there and do something you love !
