Good tips. Also beige does not look good with my coloring!
Great list! Too often we skip right by these simple, yet effective life enhancing strategies. I live 15 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico… what’s my excuse for not going more often?! Thank you for the nudge!
Two words… love this!
Would love to hear about people’s mini adventures. I’m always looking for new ideas. One of the best I had was a simple picnic in the mountains with my sweetie to look at the autumn leaves. He, being an urban guy and not much on “nature” thought I was nuts. But he loved it. Glad we made the time to do it.
Excellent tips. My tip: attend TEDx events in your area. You always meet very diverse people, enthusiastic, curious, friendly, smart. Start thinking about your giving your own TED Talk.
http:ted.com. Go to TEDx and search for events in your neck of the wood.
Enjoy!
Great suggestions! Will ditto Yolanthe’s comment about TED Talk. Adding this thought…. TALK YOURSELF! Talk to people you meet in even mundane places. It is amazing the connections you find and new friends you make, turning idle moments into mini adventures.
Great tips! I love the dieting in color. I guess I should trade in my different colored tootsie rolls and try the healthier option. I really enjoy the positive attitude and proactive suggestions. Thank you!
