This is one of the best!
I offer this in my yoga classes.
Elbows bent (we don’t straighten them) raising hands towards each other, and back down towards the shoulders.
Keep neck relaxed and soft…and as always, breath…

How times have changed! It took me years to figure out that I needed to build up my muscles in order to improve my posture. I mentioned this to my Doctor & he laughed, “Why would you think that would help?” That was about 25 years ago. Anyway, I’m going to try these exercises, they look good.

Thanks, Becky. These look good–just when I was looking for something like this. I’ve been doing some strength training for my upper body also. Do you think that helps posture? It does seem to help me from getting tense in my shoulders.
