…just watched your ‘three mistakes’ video Becky. You’re inspiring! Thank you. Quick question. I am 67, strong but overweight, and walk 3kms outdoors every day even in the very cold here in Ontario. If I ‘wear’ 5 lb ankle and 2 1/5 lb wrist weights, does that help? Or do I need heavier weights?
