There is a book called Cholesterol Down that I found in the library… I think Brill is the author. I followed the advice..certain things to eat every day such as apple, nuts, oatmeal, legumes,etc. and it worked for me. For triglycerides I think of reducing alcohol, sugar, refined carbs. I have gotten rid of processed foods as much as possible and I believe that has helped. Good luck!
