Ok, now that I’ve said it…what to do about them at 52 years of age? Any suggestions?

Search ”abdominal weight gain.”
Well…you gotta do something different. Try a different diet or eating philosophy or exercise more. The book fit after 50 says 5 to 6 days of exercise (50 minutes each day) will do the trick. You can also cut out wheat from your diet. That alone will take away inches in “wheat bloat” – generally it centers in the tummy. You just have to work with your changing body. One thing is for sure: if you keep doing the same thing…you’ll get the same result.

Read on Dr. Oz’s site about abdominal fat.
Also, cut out sugar and any “white” foods you’re eating (flour, sugar, rice, pasta) and switch to whole grains.
At 52 you are probably at the beginning of menopause so you may want to read up about that too!
Good luck!
you know in the 50 its hard to get trim
your not a teenager
Wait, don’t tell me…you’re a scholar in disguise!
