My husband has CPS as the result of posturing in his truck.  We ordered the Dr. Ho device.  It send electrical impulses to the injury which makes the area contract and relax.  He combines the therapy with Baclofen which is a muscle relaxant.  He has reported considerable relief.  It wears off but with time I think it could work.  When the body has an injury the blood carries oxygen and proteins to the damaged tissue.

Personally I would rest more and look into my idea.  Sadly I’ve know folks who went through this surgery and it did not help.  It’s always best to start with the least invasive treatment for some things.  Hope this helps.

Dr. Ho is a chiropractor  and the chiropractor society has given his product the seal of their approval.  You could try flexing your hand and then letting go.  It will drive extra oxygen to the site of the injury. Also if you can, change your posture.  Maybe lower or raise your keyboard stand.

I have a back problem.  Chronic back paid from labourous  jobs.  The Dr. Ho machine takes away the pain and I sleep better.

Hey Granny, long time no see. Glad to see you’re still around on here. Not too many familiar faces left. Love the ‘HAG’ club! I’m a full fledged member. HA!
