Boomer Yoga became my breakfast book, the reading I do every AM just before leaving for work. I fully expected to find a great quality and safe yoga routine in the book. What I didn’t expect but am so delighted to find is all the extras, the 8 limbs of yoga, the philosophy and thought behind it all. I have learned much more than I ever thought I would. I fully plan on using the book to take my add to my asana and “do yoga.”

I’m enjoying the book. Many of the poses are familiar to me, but I really like the photos and Beryl’s personal story. The last three chapters on awareness, meditation and the higher self were a bonus I didn’t expect. A lovely book, one I’m delighted to have.
