Getting fit

I need a little VN advice on exercise. I’ve been to Curves and been a member of the gym. I want to do something at home that will help these arms and tummy! What about yoga? I have done that, also and really loved it. Just asking for what you ladies do to stay “looking” good!

    Definitely yoga! I practice yoga every day, and teach, and I have great “guns” from all those chatarungas/low push-ups. Practically all of yoga strengthens the core, too, resulting in great abs. And there are so many great, free ways to do yoga. My favorites are the Jivamulti Magic Ten app for my iPad, and the yoga classes on cable “On Demand” fitness/exercise TV channel. If you have cable, you probably have something similar. My daughter swears by yoga podcasts she finds on iTunes and Youtube. Lots of free stuff on the internet; just look. Or get a DVD at your local library. Good luck!
