First, see your Primary care physician about both. There are some homeopathic treatments for both, and accupuncture, but, see your PCP first.
There is no reason to suffer any longer with either.
Hope you get relief soon.
Some physio work, or go to a local pool, use the hot tub and slowly being movement. Very tiny movements.
Hot flashes, check here in the reports by VN, google topic, buy lots and lots of cotton. Cotton sheets, blankets, light t-shirts for lseeping. Then remember they are like labour pains, same time, same length day after day. If I had had my way I would likely still be on HRT. Meanies took it away the day after breast cancer surgery. HRT is wonderful, no flashes, sweats, mood swings, one day just like the next.
I went to an acupuncturist for frozen shoulder — the MD had told me it takes a year to come on, and usually a year to get rid of — after 5 months at the acupuncturist I had full mobility!
