This Dreamfields pasta is a fraud, please see this site http://www.dietdoctor.com/the-dreamfields-pasta-fraud that has studies posted showing no difference between this and regular pasta.
If your blood sugar is only 130 after eating this pasta, I say it must be working. Even after I shoot enough insulin to cover pasta and sauce without becoming too low, my BS levels are usually well over 200. I did forget, are you diabetic?
I intend to try it and test it myself. Had a bit of pasta last night after reading this and the usual soaring blood sugar happened. I think it’s worth a try.
