Bladder leaking

I have just turned 50 and while looking for an answer to my bladder question I found this site and decided to join.

Question is should I see my doctor about my leaky bladder or just deal with it and wear panty liners every day?

OH, yes!  By all means go to the doctor.  Sometimes simple exercises can restore muscle tone.  I was recommended to go to ‘pelvic physio’ which turned out to be very helpful and not scary.  There were LOTS of us in the office.  :)

I would try doing Kegels at home at first to see if exercise helps. I think sometimes doctors are quick to whip out the old RX pad, and it may not be necessary.
