Anyone have any tips on keeping up their energy level at work past 2?

Full out adrenaline rush caused by realization that you’ve made an horrific mistake, a cattle probe up the butt or get up and do an Irish jig all around the office. That’s it – that’s all I’ve got. My suggestion is that everyone over 50 should be allowed to go home when they start feeling sleepy – so far, no one’s going for it!
