Plastic surgery?

My eyes make me look like I am dead. Really. I have droopy eyelids, dark circles and red eyes.

Sounds horrible, doesn’t it? Yes. So I am looking to change it and need ?!!??!!

Can anyone help me to make this decision? If so, thank you ahead of time…

    Can you see?

Well, I don’t think plastic surgery will help the red eyes. Write a list of pros and cons. Talk to people who had similar surgery to find a good doctor. I’ve had surgery on my eyelid because I had to, not choice. It looks great, healed well, but my eye does water almost continually somedays — no fun, believe me. I’d pick dark circles over watering any day. Find out what can go wrong.

Whoa…this a very personal decision, one that you need to be comfortable making.

anything that you do for yourself, to improve your own good opinion of yourself is worth doing.  If plastic surgery will make you happier, go for it.

Find a good professional and go ahead. I am having my upper eyelids done on the 31st of March, and cosmetic filler for the bottom part. I am REALLY looking forward to it, I will be 52 in May.

My mother got a face lift when she was 61 and she still says (shes 84) it was the best thing she ever ever did! It really gave her a lift..physically and mentally!  She looked amazing and she felt wonderful and confident. If youre in good health and can afford it and want to do it you should! But for heavens sake…heres a place to NOT cut corners !(no pun intended)  Do your research..take time to talk to people and get referrals. It costs nothing to get a consultation…You need to feel good about the person who is putting your life and your face in their capable hands! Money cannot be a factor here..dont go with the doctor thats “cheaper” because he will save you a couple of hundred dollars..go with the one who is upfront about what to expect and who you trust!  Dixie Carter wrote a biography and gave some excellent advice and relayed her “facelift” experience.  You can probably find that book for  $1.00 on Amazon as its quite old but worth the read.

Strax is a good place to go.  They only employ certified surgeons from the best schools.  Their prices are very competitive as well, so you have the best of both worlds.
