I just found out I have 28 out of 34 menopausal symptoms . . . the tire i can deal with, it’s the Sybil syndrome that’s hurting me .
I guess I do, never though about it. I’m finished but the tire is still there.
I’ve named my tire Lucille….she keeps me company, no matter where I go. Should I end up stranded in the middle of nowhere, there’s probably enough fat in her to keep me alive for several weeks. I try to look on the bright side.
I have a tire – but I’ll take that as opposed to monthly periods. My problem is I seem to just keep gaining and gaining and gaining regardless of what I do. I suppose that’s part of menopause – oh well.
Not to impose , but have you spoken to your doctor about your ”gaining and gaining”?
I too kept gaining, but ignored it only to find out I have been diabetic for a number of years.
Belly fat is one of the unhealthiest forms of fat there is.
Ultraviolette: Thank you for that suggestion. As a matter of fact, my mother was recently diagnosed with diabetes – so that may be the case with me. I have an appointment in April to see my cardiologist and will ask her to run tests for diabetes also. Good looking out – I had never even thought of that. Thanks again.
You’re more than welcome, I had no idea diabetes could be so diabolical!
Take good care
I know girls but-has anyone had success in getting rid of the tire?
Well, this usually works for me…to some degree anyway: I cut out sugar and watch the fats in my diet. The main premise of The South Beach Diet is to eliminate belly fat first. It’s a pretty healthy diet, but if you hate eggs the first two weeks will kill you!
thanks I’ll try that
Yep….that’s me.
YES and it seems impossible to get rid of…any solutions anyone?
