losing the weight is only half the battle

Now i have saggy skin. Plus for me the hardest part is keeping off the weight. Saggy skin or not…a WILL NOT GAIN IT BACK. :)

    Oh I agree.  The saggy skin all wrinkled and such.  I hate it.  Inspite of it, being heavier is a worse feeling, it stays with me all the time.  The saggy skin I can close my eyes and not look in the mirror.  They say that the saggy skin will tighten up a bit (I don’t know who “they” are).

      Sorry, but I had a great laugh. saggy skin is not so pretty. you can always hide it. Walking is the best and exercising. But remember eat veggies, fruit and grains. Get rid of the white flour, white sugar  and carbs.    have a great day.
