At my local mall, and i had such a great time!!!
I learned so much about myself, such as what styles to wear, which colors look best on me, what shapes to avoid..it was an eye opener for me!
Came home with many outfits, and new colors i have never worn before, and they all fit, and look great on me!!!
Got many compliments on what i wore!!

I can sure relate to these conversations. I got divorced when my kids were small and met friends through my kids daycare and we have kept in touch over the years. They are good friends but I don't get to see them as much as I'd like to. This past monPublic television used to have a chair yoga program. Most seniors groups also have chair yoga. Very beautiful. I meditate when I get home from work. I get up at 5:30 and just can't get motivated to get up any earlier. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I immediately go to prayer. It's comforting. TeresaThank you for sharing. I feel your pain and I shed some tears because I can relate to it all. Your story brought back memories of my first dog, Bear. I had to put him down at the age of 14 1/2.
