The muscles under the skin in the chest area and under the breasts of women are referred to as the pectorals . We just refer to them as the pecs. Build and strengthen the pecs and the entire chest area becomes more defined. For women it gives the appearance of lifting the breasts up. Is there anyone who doesn’t want that?

If you have not purchased free weights yet – you should- they are cheap and effective. At any rate, you want to work your upper body at least twice a week. Make sure you are using enough resistance or weight to work the muscles. Not using enough resistance will not produce the results you are after.
Also, use the 3-1 rule. Take 3 times as long to do the negative resistance portion than the positive portion. So with the chest fly, faster up and slower down. When working on the pecs, do two sets with 12-15 reps in each set.
Another trick to use in order to build those muscles faster is to using a method referred to as stacking. During the first set, do the 12-15 reps with whatever weight feels comfortable. Then do the 2nd set with more weight but reduce the number of reps. Depending on how much weight you are using on the 2nd set you may want to use a spotter.

Seriously, though, standing tall and exercising the lower trapezius are the key to a perkier front. Lower trapezius are muscles in the back that depress the shoulder blades….try it and see. Stand in front of a mirror; nice and straight with shoulders back so they are directly below your ears. Press your shoulder blades toward the floor…voila !
You place your left hand under your left breast and right hand under you right breast and lift up. This is how I would my biseps. LOL
