Just use the oils contained in the above creams, for better (and much cheaper) results. A few drops of grapeseed, apricot, or almond oil (all very light) go a long way. The other stuff contained in “styling” products are part of what’s drying out your hair in the first place. My hair looks and feels much better since I gave up on most “products” several months ago, and just started using natural oils morning and night and a bone comb, which eliminates the static generated by combs and brushes made of plastics.

I use Wen products at least once a week and have noticed a huge improvement. I also only shower and wash my hair every other day now to keep my hair and skin from getting too dry. I take a sponge bath on the other nights just washing the necessary parts like the pits.

Time to add one  more. Yeah it is pricey but I am also loving the entire Oribe line including his Signature Creme for Style ( $34, bergdorfgoodman.com) which works on wet or dry hair to calm frizz and keep grey or colored locks looking glossy and youthful at any length and in any style from touseled crop to bob to longer layers.xx
