Flat Butt

I’ve always had a flat butt, but now it’s really flat. Not filling the seat of my pants makes them bag, which spoils the line, especially in pants with narrow legs, which are the kind I like. They work so well with tummy friendly tunics. I can’t believe it, but I’m considering derriere falsies! Does anybody use them and what do you think?

Instead of faking it get a good seamstress. Or learn to sew yourself. There is no such thing as a body that can not get a good fit. From the rack clothing simply does not fit well. There are no two people alike. Proper fit in anything makes all the difference.

I feel your pain.  I have purchased 2 pairs of “butt enhancers” and they make a huge difference.  They look completely natural with clothes on and are pretty comfortable.  The first pair I bought through Fredericks of Hollywood.  They were about $50.  I just bought another pair through Skinnygirl (http://www.skinnygirlshapers.com) for $20.  They aren’t as padded, but I like them so much I’m going to buy a few more pairs.  If women can wear padded bras, what’s wrong with padded butts for those of us who need a little booty?

I tried them back in the 90′s, and they looked very weird and fake, perhaps they have improved and I should try again?  Tthey never put the booty in the right place on my body, so looked silly! Too high or too low, forget it

Funny, I was just wondering where I could get some of those!  No hips, no butt, all stomach :( .  I’d love to have my jeans look like there’s something under there.  I’ll look at the skinnygirl website, thanks!  The consolation is that no one can call us a fat-ass!

I don’t agree with the 1st poster, “there is no such thing…” yada, yada. We all have flaws, & if there’s a way to minimize them, go for it! Debbie seems to have the right idea…

What I meant is that a good tailor or seamstress can fit any body. Ready to wear are made on an average of body measurements and that is never you. There are no two bodies exactly alike. That is what makes find a good fit off the rack so hard. I sew all my clothes because I have a tall thin small waisted body. They just don’t make clothing for that. It is worse for me as fat in the USA has grown. They make what will sell to the masses. It is a business. If it does not sell it goes away. Short folks have the same problem. I am 5’7.5″ and weight 120. Sewing is my only option.
