Cover Girl makeup with Olay is wonderful! It doesn’t settle into lines, which my mineral makeup was doing.
With as hot and humid as it’s been lately, be sure to wear a good primer. The blush in the same line is excellent too – very natural.
It was well worth the time and effort of trying different brands and researching them online.
Also a make-up artist recommended wearing Olay Regenerist Wrinkle Repair under make-up. It makes sense although I’ve yet to see the benefits. Thanks.
I may have to try this one,as right now..it is way to hot to use makeup!!!
At 105 everyday for awhile,i just use sun screen….

Actually, the Regenerist Wrinkle Repair (the serum) seemed to make the wrinkles around my eyes deeper and more pronounced, so I’ve stopped using it.
For daytime, a light moisturizer with spf (a must) works well for me. At night, I use a CQ10 moisturizing cream since it tends to be a bit heavy.
Mousse foundation (relatively new) is a nice choice since it goes on very smoothly. Cream to powder is also nice, but use extra care around the eyes since it does become a powder. I’ve found that dabbing a tiny bit of a good eye cream around your eyes (L’Oreal makes a good one) helps combat settling into those lines after the makeup is applied (just make sure it’s had a chance to become a powder first).
Even with a good primer, it’s always good to have a nice, light translucent powder to take care of any shine during the day. Use it sparingly.
No, no, NO. I’ve read the label; this brand has parabens. I don’t care how good it looks on your face, it’s NOT worth breast cancer! I’ve spoken to pathologists; they find parabens within every breast tumor. I’ve found terrific makeup made without poison. It is, in general, more expensive than the drugstore brands (like Olay), but it’s so worth it. 100% Pure, RMS, Ecco Bella, Nvey Eco, Gabriel, Honeybee Gardens, Priti, Butter London, Ginger + Liz, Zoya, and Dr. Hauschka are among the brands I use. If you don’t have a great local health food store, many of these companies are sold at Whole Foods. Health and peace.
