Comfortable shoes for work – where to shop

softspotsComfortable shoes with good arch support are essential.  I’m a fan of ECCO, SAS, Naot and Clarks. They can be pricey but worth it. Look for them on-sale.

Luckily, clogs, and Mary Jane styles that are half sneaker have  become fashionable.  If you work a long day, make a change of shoes mid-shift.

As a young woman I wore heels to work–but think I’m paying the price in knobby feet now. A young friend recommends SoftSpots and also the heels by Sofft.

Where do you shop for  shoes that are stylish enough for work, but comfortable enough to wear all day?

I wear size 12, thank goodness there was that much turned under or I would have been considerably taller.  Who ships size 12 to Canada and what is the name of the company, other than Shoebuy??

I wear Clarks, Softspots and Sofft.  For shoes with a heel, Softspots are my favorites; they have some cute shoes that don’t look like “old lady” shoes and that don’t kill my feet.
