As I rolled myself out of bed today I just can’t shake this feeling of BLAH. Does anyone else have that feeling?

Some days are like that. What’s that old saying “Momma said there would days like this….she just didn’t say there would be so many!” First get is this a frequent feeling or something new? If it’s new could be that famous womens’ intuition feeling something, could be a weather change or just a need to shake up your routine or might be time for a check up to make sure there’s not imbalances anywhere.
Perhaps it’s just time for some “me” time. Do something for yourself. Doesn’t have to be anything elaborate can be as simple as a bubble bath with your favorite bubbles, a warm cup of tea/coffee and something to read to lift your spirits. If you’ve had this BLAH before what shook it last time. Women are notorious for not taking time for themselves and burning out!
I hope to can shake the BLAHs soon, Autumn is a lovely time to go out and enjoy yourself.
I do get the blahs at time and i have 7 words i say to myself to chase the blahs away. Maybe you can think of some strong chasing the blahs away words tht will work for you. Peace to you and feel better today!
Constantly! However, I have to get up and out of bed at four a.m. for work everyday…so that helps!
