This is very unfortunate, especially for the baby who will be born into an unwanted situation – with irresponsible parents who couldn’t think rationally enough to use birth control. I would advise the woman to consider adoption since she’s already at three months, and since she and your son probably don’t want to get married. How sad.
On the other hand, if she/they decide to keep the baby, you can be the best grandmother ever!
