Why is turning 62 so exciting? Because you can now draw social security? And now you can retire and stop working?
Quite a few people who are 62 are no longer working for a variety of reasons–usually health related. Those that are still working are quite proud of it.
Your answer is amusing because it sounds almost like you are surprised that you are 62 and still working and excited about that. Like you didn’t think you would make it this far and in such good shape, right? I love it!!!
My mother’s generation (for the most part) considered themselves old and dressed matronly well before 62. She would be flipping in her grave if she could see me.; )
it is great you are excited and you can share that with your friends. You have friends, that is awesome.
read the post ‘i feel like i could jump’, that is awesome about enjoying the journey, not to worry about the destination.
Terryr, I thought so, too. but not an opionion shared by all–nothing is, is it?
I can’t find the post you mentioned. I have searched to no avail. Is there a link to it??? Thank you.
Terryr, I found the video. It is amazing. Thank you so much. I feel like I am out there wandering around in the darkness sometimes–then a beam of light comes through—and I find ‘my people’. Yea!
