I've heard that there is a simple way to make the fonts larger on any website you visit. If so, this would be an increasingly important tip for me! Does anyone know what it is?

Try holding down the Control key [Ctrl] and tapping the Plus key [+]. If you have a Mac with OS X, I believe it’s the Command key that you hold down while tapping the Plus key.
Does anyone know of other shortcuts to make it easier to read some websites?
You could try this on a pc (I have Windows XP):
Go to Start; control panel; appearance and themes; display;appearance. At the bottom of the appearance screen is “font size.”
I don’t know if it will work for websites, but certainly will for your desktop. Good luck!
This is a browser setting. In Firefox or Internet Explorer: Click on “View”, “Text Size” then “Increase” (Firefox) or “Larger” (IE).
