Eybrow Art

My daughter always trims her eyebrows. I have a pretty natural curve to my brow and plenty of eyebrows where I don't have to use a pencil to fill in. Yesterday I decided that my brows were way too long, so thought I would trim them like my daughter does. So I took the scissors and just trimmed them up like I do my bangs. NOT! Picture a railroad track, with the track being my eyebrow. Now picture the ties - white skin - across the tracks. Not a pretty sight! Anyone know how to trim them without the RR effect? Thanks!

This is why I get mine waxed. For 12 bucks, it's worth the money.

Tamara - Thanks!  Perhaps I'll try that when they grow back in!

Meanwhile, get an eye pencil to fill it in. I use an electric trimmer on my eyebrows. Waxing is good to remove the hairs for shaping, but not for trimming. Storytaker, I have done the same thing myself.. taking off half my brow.. hehe set it on the longest setting at first. i got the Aier cosmetic shaper AE8581 and like it heaps better than the little shapers you can pick up anywhere. Let me know how it goes!
