If you want to plump them, try cinamon oil before appling the mood lipstick. The color stays a long time, but you may need to apply gloss occasionally. I have also seen a few gray hairs in my eyebrows, and plan to dye them, as well as my eyelashes. Both have special dyes to use.. I try a lot of different things..
