Unwanted brittle facial and neck hair.
posted 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Since being menopausal, I have been blessed with not having night sweats etcetera, but I wake up and wonder why I am turning into a were wolf in the mirror.  The hair seems to have popped up overnight and is hard and brittle and sometimes hard to get at or pluck out.  Does anyone have any advice or products that don't cost a pay cheque?

Faith, these things drive me nuts, too. And sometimes I look in the mirror and there's one a half an inch long sticking out from my chin! I pluck them the minute I see them, but they are extremely annoying. I have a deal with a girlfriend that we will be each other's watcher so they don't get too out of control!

Also, I now have my face waxed which helps but it only a temporary solution.

At least you're lucky you don't have night sweats. Things could be worse!

Faith Poole said to SeaWriter 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

How painful is the waxing and how long does it last.  You're speaking to a chicken here!

SeaWriter said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

It's not painful at all, and it's very fast if you have a good person. It leaves your skin nice and smooth, and the regrowth is slow. But never fear -- it does grow back, and the process needs to be repeated when you've reached your point of I can't stand this anymore!

katwilly said to SeaWriter 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

SeaWriter, does it have to grow out to a certain length before you wax? I've been plucking, but it's such a pain!

b2yellow said to katwilly 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

My experience is the shorter the regrowth is less it hurts.

Crystll said to SeaWriter 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I disagree. To me it was very painful and too time consuming. I finally gave in and went for laser removal, which does cost a lot, but basically just over a short period of time. Eventually, I'm hoping I won't have to go at all. The last time I went was 3 months ago and I'm do for a touch up. But this growth is much less than when I needed to wax once a month. To me, the investment was worth it.

Avon has a great product.  A small tub of wax you heat in the microwave.  Use their patches with it.  Salon quality and a bargain price.  Works wonders.

I've had this problem since I was 15. I found out when I was 50 from my doctor that I have what they call Iron OverLoad (can't spell the medical name something like hemochromtosis). My DNA shows I got it from both parents double whammy. If only they knew this when I was younger.

Oh those stubborn little hairs that feel like tiny nails.  Once I know they are there, I become obsessed until I can get to the mirror with the tweezers.  Waxing or shaving, or electrolysus (sp?? -- which I heard is expensive).  Somewhere along our evolution as women, there must have been a good reason why those nasty little hairs grow out on our chins when we get 50+.  I'd like to know what that reason was.  Sorry, I have no solutions but I certainly do sympathize.

I keep a disposable razor in the glove box of the car...Just in case I forget or find one that grew over night and didn't notice before. I have been known to stop at a stop light and take out the razor.....

I have a pair of tweezers in every room and those big magnifying mirrors to ck and reck my chin. I hate those hairs! I went to the dermatologist last week, you can get a cream remover but it only works on white hair...that leaves me out since mine comes in like a mans beard...When I die and they lay me to rest...i have it in my will to send the tweezers with me!!

That's hilarious - I'm the same way! I even have tweezers in my emergency hospital bag (I have some medical issues and have to keep a bag packed). I have to make sure I have my tweezers every time I change purses, too.

Hadn't thought of the casket, but I have told my daughter that if I'm ever confined to a nursing home, or even in the hospital for just a couple of days, she's in charge of plucking. No way do I want to look like an aging porcupine!

I heard that they crawl off our husband's head at night and come to our faces.  That would be funny if I weren't losing the hair on the front of my head.  I swear it's so thin it's hard to find a hairstyle that works.  My hair is blonde and baby fine anyway.  So maybe mine just crawl south.  I do pluck but sometimes end up with ingrown hairs.  And because I can't leave them alone until I pull them I scratch at them.  I shave them when there are so many hairs I could spend the whole day plucking.  My daughter is a beautician and just waxed them, but the next day new ones were growing in. :(  She said they charge $30 to wax, but of  course she did it for my birthday for free.  God Bless Her.  I guess we have to be tougher than the hair on our faces, not on our heads. LOL

Maid Marion said to dynamomma 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I never leave the house without tweezers and a mirror.  They drive me absolutely insane.  A cruel twist of nature.  Mostly I tweeze, but also use Avon wax once in a while.  Such a torturous nuisance.

lovemylife said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Oh my....yes!  I just got done plucking one that's been elusive for the past couple days.  I can feel it, but....my eyesight can't see the damn thing!  Even in my 10X mirror!  I'm blonde and I have a few that come in pitch stinkin' black!  What's with that???  Ah....the joys of aging.  At least we're on this side of the green!

mine were dark but are now turning white so I can often not find mine either but I can feel them . I sit with tweezers and keep pinching them til they connect and yank it out but why is it that all the other hair I have is getting thinner or darn near disappearing but I could grow a full beard on my face . Yuck . I hate this .

I have this theory that some of the hair that used to be on my legs are bored and want a vacation, so as the blood rushes by they jump in, and then jump out at their new location which is my new mustache and beard.

Might as well keep laughing!

I have been growing a full beard since i was 14, I am now 56. I have a cute little electric razor that is my piece of heaven. Doctor once said it is too much testerone that caused it to grow.  Since I had the gastric Bypass surgery nearly 2 yrs ago and lost 140 lbs and am now on mild hormone replacement therapy the hair growth is a little less. What is hard for me is if i have to leave my apartment before I have groomed myself in the mornings, like this morning the fire alarms went off at 8 am.  I am fortunate that the men I have known in my life have looked past the hair to see the beautiful woman I am. All the important people in my life don't care about the hair, just me.

Faymoose,

I'm in the same boat as most of us here!  I, like you am tweezer-dependent (I LOVE Tweezerman!!) and magnified-mirror-dependent now, too.  I really do view the removing of the white "hag-hairs" as a friend once called them as a cheap form of amusement.  Every time I remove a white hair, I think of my girlfriend and giggle.   (By the way, when she issued that phrase, our 'hag-hairs' were dark.  As they turn white, I not only think of her every time I remove one, but also am reminded of how long we have known each other.  And that is very sweet.)    Suz55

I never did like the way my uncle looked when he did that, But we always figured he kept doing it because he was legally blind and really didn't know how bad it looked. NO FEMALE COMB OVERS FOR ME.

Humm..I was just thinking, I am 75% Viking... If I let them grow long enough I could braid them and wrap the braid around my head in a nice Viking woman hair do...LOL

In many ways aging does suck!  However, I've decided to pretend to be senile early.  Think of all the things I'll be able to get away with...this keeps me going and laughing.

For example one of my favourite lines, I remember from the old show Golden Girls, was Dorothy saying to her boyfriend who was driving, "I swear I thought it was the gear shift." LOL

I'm in the same boat.  I have been using Retin A lately and waxing and Retin A do not mix.  I had the house to myself so I put on the hair conditioner and put on a face mask and did my workout.  Then I decided to wax and the wax really irritated the skin that had been treated with retin A.  So instead of having great skin and shiny hair I now have big red areas above my lip and my skin in all shiny from the healing oils I am using to take the red out of my skin.  Sigh............. being beautiful is painful

SharonY said to Weslemkoon 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

you don't need a prescription if you buy it in Mexico and it is way cheaper - like $8 compared to $60 - or it least it was 5 years ago - and you can get it at the Walmart pharmacy in Mexico - so if you know someone going to Mexico - I suggest stocking up -

suz55 said to SharonY 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

SharonY,

Also, please be sure to use sunscreen!!!  Retin-A makes your skin very soft and pretty, but also very, very sun-sensitive.

Francine Carson said to kats 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I've been a makeup artist for over 30yrs and 1 of the biggest rules if you are using Retin A is do not wax that area.  Your skin is very delicate from the Retin A and the wax actually pulls that sensitive skin off .  Och!!.  Always tell a person that you are using Retin A before you let them wax!!!  I would never use wax on a Retin A user.

Magnolia said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

They are caused from the lower levels of estrogen/progesterone in our bodies which have suppressed the natural testosterone we also have.  Since the estrogen/progesterone are not suppressing the testosterone as much, we are now growing "man hairs" as I call them.

That is why they are bristly too.  I pluck mine by the way.

jillibean said to Magnolia 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I am wondering if it is anything to do with the anti-wrinkle creams that we use.

Magnolia said to jillibean 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I don't know Jillibean.  Maybe?  I do know that when our testosterone is not suppressed by higher levels of estrogen/progesterone, those hairs tend to grow.

There are few things to do. There is a little battery operated "face shaver" that I have used. It doesn't seem to cause the hair to grow back bristly (at least I haven't seen that ). And, there is the process of removing hair with "threading" that I used and it was great! They have these set up at some malls. You can "google' it and see if there's one in your area. This process really gets at all the hair and your face is really smooth after. It doesn't hurt as much as waxing. Also, I can't wax because I use Retin A - which if you then wax, will burn your skin badly! (Happened once to me when I wasn't asked first if use Retin A). Lastly, I carry a tweezer at all times (in purse, car and bed-stand) so I can catch those critters early. Good luck!

Can't understand these threading places set up right in the middle of the aisles in the malls.  When I have something done I like a little privacy.  But I see people at them all of the time and it sounds like a good idea for eyebrows.

I had electrolysis done on my upper lip years ago, before menopause. Back then I thought I was turning into Groucho Marx. How naive was I? (If only I'd known then what was yet to come! )Over the years I've been able to barter for certain things, vet bills, booth fees, electrolysis. It's amazing the deals you can make if you just ask. I just wish I'd had my chin done at the same time. Now I'm looking for a new shop where I can make another deal so I won't always look a member of ZZ Top.

I've had electrolysis on and off for years. I guess it was a good idea because now at 62 I only have 2 wild hairs. I had really good luck with the process. I've stuck with the same person, who works in 15 minute increments. Unfortunately you have to stick with it until the hairs are normal or gone.

Sharryc said to leesuzanne 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Meigler,

I had electrolysis done in my early thirties.  It hurt; the blisters popped and left holes.  So obviously, I headed for the tweezers/depilatories.  Did your electrolysis leave scars?   Maybe I should try it again, 20+ years later - ?  When did you have your upper lip done? Just wondering.

Several suggestions - tweeze (the easiest); wax (altho I've stopped doing this as my skin has thinned too much - also use a retin a product); shave (yes, it's okay, you will not get a beard and I've done this with my "sideburns" for years); or use a facial hair remover. Good luck - and welcome to the world of menopause!  Nice to know we all suffer from the same aggravations.

I am so irritated by chin hairs (both black and white hairs) that I keep tweezers in my purse, in both bathrooms, in the family room and in my car! I wax twice a week (Italian, need I say more?)  Fortunately I am a licensed esthetician (haven't practiced for years) so i have all the waxing stuff at my house. Saves money.  Hair grows at different rates for different people. Common belief is that waxing eventually slows down hair regrowth - couldn't prove it by me!  I also wax the downy hair on my face...it's a great exfoliator!  If I was stranded on a desert island tweezers would have to be one of the things I would take with me.  I won't let these little suckers get the better of me - not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin!

I use my tweezie and a needle point tweezer.  The tweezie gets most of the hair and the needle point tweezer gets the stubborn stiff hars that the tweezie doesn't get. At $10.00 it is a good deal.

lhouston said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Well I have just gotten a pair of tweezers from CVS that have a built in light. they are very good and it makes the tweezing so much easier having a light shine on those nasty hairs. Best thing is they only cost around $10. Bad thing is you see way more than you really would like too! If you don't have a CVS I am sure other drug stores have something comparable.

Has anyone tried threading? It is a European technique where they run a fine thread over areas of the body and kind of twist the hairs out. It feels like plucking but is more thorough.

Fela said to beegee 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I have tried all of the above, except hormones: threading (works, but not painless), waxing (more painful) and constantly pluck. Glad to hear shaving is OK - worried about that, though it gets them all quickly and bad vision be damned. But the best about this blog is that we're all in the same forest - reassuring that I'm not the only werewolf.

It took a lot for me to even write my original question about facial hair.  Of course this is because when something happens and no one has talked about it with you, you think you are the only one going through it.

Thanks to all of you who have made me feel better, and to this website for being here.

Makes me wonder!!!

I wish I only had to "tweeze" a few hairs off my chin. Talk about werewolves, I was cursed with my father's genes and he was a very hairy man.I have delt with a hairy body from about the age of 11, although my facial hair was light in child hood, it did become heavier as I aged and I now (and have for about 15 years) have to shave my upper lip and chin, daily. I have used or tried EVERY method of hair remover on the market so I would not have to shave, but the products do not work or only work a few times then not at all. I think waxing would work, but it means letting the hair grow out. I can't do that because I have to go out in public daily and don't think I could I can take the stares I would get.

Beach Bum said to Karen L 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I was advised not to try to remove the peach fuzz as it will come back thicker and darker.  I do have the dark hair waxed.  After a while, it is easier to tolerate the waxing.  If the salon gal rubs the waxing lotion on my lip area immediately afterwards, it relieves the "zing" and redness.

AuntieM said to Beach Bum 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Hi Beach Bum: The peach fuzz won't change due to waxing.  That is an old wives tale that won't die. Shaving or waxing won't affect the nature of the hair...it's pre-programmed to be what it is...if it gets darker and thicker then there is a hormonal issue going on.... When I went to Esthetics School about 6 years ago we spent a lot of time on facial hair mythology...that, plus my own experience plus the people whose faces I wax regularly  I have never seen the facial hair get darker and coarser without an underlying medical reason. The nice part about waxing is the extra advantage of exfoliation...and they don't charge more for that!   Just think - men can simply grow a beard and here we all are chasing nasty hairs around on our faces!!

Thanks to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, I have been dealing with unwanted facial hair since my late twenties.  So I pay careful attention to make sure I don't have "Five O'Clock Shadow" before I leave the house every day.  One day last week when I was fixing my hair, I kept trying to move what I thought was a hair from my bangs and get it in the proper spot.  It turned out it was actually growing out of the middle of my forehead, and it was and inch and a half long!  I swear it popped up overnight, because I check my face with a lighted, magnified mirror every day.  Where do these things come from???

AMEN SISTER, Polycystic ovarian lady too. I think the gremlins stick those hairs in places like our foreheads.

I have a 10x mirror, tweezers, mens shaver and a razor in the shower to tackle these little horrors. My shaver broke, I was moaning to my ex hubby he said come pick me up and we went to walmart and he bought me a new one.  He is the greatest ex a woman could want.

I have pcos too and also fought with facial hair.  i recently read where spearmint tea helped reduce it - this was on one of the pcos sites on line.  Spearmint is relatively easy to grow and the tea has a nice flavor - I'm definately going to try it once my crop of mint starts up in the spring!  I just started bio-identical hormones for menopause, so we'll see if they help!  several years of electrolysis done poorly left tiny scars on my chin and neck.  I was allergic to vaniqua - made my face tingle and turn bright red.  i hear lazers only work on dark hair- not white hair. I have a favorite pair of tweezers that make plucking fairly easy, but it is getting harder to see - even with a magnifying mirror and bright light - now i know why my m-i-law aways plucked in the car too! LOL!   BTW, my doctor told me to take the bio-identical hormones and rub them on my problem areas - so stiff knees, backs of the hands and age spots and wrinkles on the skin of my face!

Emmanuelle said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Vaniqa. it's a prescription cream, you apply very little, once or twice a day. one tube lasts a long time. I use it and it works! It is not a depilatory; it inhibits the growth so hairs are much slower in showing up. But you still have to pluck them, though less often. It's FDA-approved.

Yes,  I too am frustrated by facial hair. Frankly, I have not been "programmed" to monitor my Beard each day, but I have to deal with the wild hairs daily by shaving, plucking or waxing.  Has anyone tried electrolysis?  I understand this is a permanent removal.  Of course you have to let things grow out and they do "relocate" so it could be expensive.  Isn't it embarrassing when you been to some kind of power meeting or presented at a workshop to go in to the ladies and look in the mirror and see these little buggers,  UGH!

Doryce said to Faith Poole 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Electrolysis is only thing that works for me. - you can get a 15 minute session. If you have darker hair you can try lazer. My Electrolysis technician says never to pluck. In an emergency, I use panasonic device that plucks them - look slike shaver

Yes, we have all entered the Menopause Zone.  Suffer through night sweats & personal summers, brain fogs, mood melts and lots of hairs. I've always had more than my fair share of excess hair.  I once was told I looked like a fuzzy caterpillar by a 5 year old.  I was crushed.  I stress over who can see them.

I own several mirrors, one even has a light. I keep buying tweezers, hoping I can find the one that gets all the hairs.   Plucking works but I always seem to miss quite a few.  I've tried waxing-okay. I use the bikini zone gel after to help with healing. How many mirrors & tweezers do you all have??

I've decided to fight the battle as best I can and remember I'm in very good company.  It is what it is!

The good part is....the hair slowly turns to soft peach fuzz and many disappear.  The few that are still there are lighter and come out easily...no more stubble or ingrown hair!!!   www.trienelleskincare.com   I love it, it has saved me!!

I've learned to pluck without looking so I can now do it while I watch TV at night...like a hobby, it keeps my hands busy! A friend keeps a pair of tweezers in the car so when she's waiting at a train crossing, waiting to pick her kids up from school, or other reasons, she plucks those hairs easily because you can see them so well in natural light...besides, every hair follicle can only produce so many hairs in a lifetime before it peters out, so keep plucking them little buggers til you win!!!

I can barely wait for them to break through the skin to tweeze them! as a result, I was messing up my skin with these excavations. I constantly run my hands on my chin, and I cannot believe that SeaWriter needs somebody else to tell her if she has one!

however, the only thing that works on a permanent basis is electrolysis.  Yes, it seems to take forever, and I stopped seeing my electrolysist when I realized that she was not moving everything on my face even when I pointed them out.  sometimes they tried to draw the process out that way.the hairs immediately grow finer and then stop growing inaltogether.

you must use an L-Max about an hour before treatment; it is like Novocain for the face.  I don't believe in pain.

Some people talk favorably about laser treatments; I believe they only work for very dark, coarse hairs, and large patches of them at that.  Expensive too..

Big fan of electrolysis now!

i paid $500 and had laser treatments but if you have gray hairs the laser will not do those.  So to my dismay i still have hair in places i rather not on my face.  So if you are going to have this done make sure you know that gray hairs will not work with laser.  Does anybody know what does, permanently i mean.  The ones that were dark have disappeared and it is great.

debbie-deb said to Lynnette 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Facial hair, thanks to menopause, is the absolute pits!! I have just given up with anything fancy, and bought myself a Mach3 razor.  I figured if it could give my husband a close shave, it would work for me.  So about every 3 days, after I wash my face in the morning, I lather up and shave my neck and face.  I used to tweeze so much, I was leaving red marks on my face trying to tweeze every white hair. Now I just tweeze any strays I may feel.  And NO, shaving does not make the hair come in thicker or darker----I've been shaving for 4 years (I'm 55) and nothing has changed, other than my frustration level.  I do know this though, I refuse to become the 'older' women who wears sensible shoes and sports a face full of white hairs.

P.S. Funny thing happened at a winery I was attending with friends this past October.  At a table across from us, 3 ladies (late 40's--early 50's?)  and two younger ladies, were sipping wine and enjoying the warm sunshine.  One of the younger gals leaned over, took her napkin and started dabbing at one of the 'older' women's face.  The lady being 'dabbed' said, "What on earth are you doing?" The younger one (I'm thinking her daughter) said, "You've got too much white powder on."  The woman replied, "I don't have any makeup on. What are you talking about?"  At that point, she had taken a mirror out her purse and while sitting there in the bright sunlight, looked into the mirror and said, "Holy crap! I'm covered in down!!"  Of course everyone at the table began to peer closely at her face and then started pulling out their mirrors.  My girlfriend and I observed the whole exchange, looked at each other, poured ourselves more wine and giggled. Welcome to our world :)

I am a full member of the hag hair club!  Mine went crazy when I had my hysterectomy about 4 years ago.  I plucked (yeah, love Tweezerman  too!) but got sick of that since I couldn't keep up.  Started laser hair removal about 6 months ago.  It has gotten most of the dark ones, but the blonde and grey (?) are more stubborn. I'm told it takes about a year to finish the job.  You aren't supposed to pluck when doing laser, but shave.  I have to do it EVERY morning.  Ugh!

Susan WR said to Susan WR 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Funny.

I, too, switched to shaving a few years ago and keep disposable razors in the car so I can do a quick swipe if the sunshine reveals the hideous truth on my chin or neck. Dry isn't the best, but I haven't regretted it yet. Shaving cream makes a big difference, but I learned not to be in too big a hurry. After using it yesterday morning, I went downstairs to talk to my husband and 20-year-old son. Suddenly, husband, looking stricken, says: "What's that on your face, and your neck? It's white," and he reaches up to wipe it off. Thinking how clever he is, my son says: "Trying to get rid of that beard, huh?" I said "Yeah, that's it" and laughed as I walked away.

Lynnette said to laurenpnc 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

if the hairs are short, will it work?  Some of these gadgets the hair has to be a bit long for it to grasp and pluk.  Let me know.

debbie-deb said to Lynnette 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

I know what you mean Lynnette, if I had to let my white facial hairs grow longer, I wouldn't want to leave the house. Fuzzy face is just not a good look and make-up doesn't look so good smooshed in with the hair. Blegghh.  So let us know Laurenpnc, if the hairs have to be long for the REM thing to work. (I usually have to shave every 3 days). Thanks.

Also, Susan, my facial/neck hair is pretty much all white and I wonder how long it would take for laser treatments to get rid of just the white hairs.  I only have about 4 stubborn black hairs. Not sure if the laser would work on the white hairs. ?? AND,

Ms. Phil, after two months of using the Vaniqa (my dermo. told me about it), what kind of results are you seeing? Less hair? No hair in some areas? Slower growing or just plain gone for good?  Do you have to use it 'forever'? Side effects?  Hope you don't mind all my questions ladies, but hey, what are friends for :)

Lynnette said to debbie-deb 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

i had 20 treatments of laser and the white hairs remain.  I was told from the very beginning.  However i had black hairs also and those are gone.  But the white hairs on my chin are a problem.    So if any of you have dark hair do not wait until the white appear to do the laser.  I wish i had done it a lot earlier.

Ms_Phil said to debbie-deb 01/28/2010, 03:08AM new!

Hi Debbie

I don't mind questions at all -- I figure we're all here to help each other, right?!

I was told I have to use Vaniqa everyday (forever) or the hair will grow back. I used to have a few nagging white (grey) hairs that haven't reappeared since I started using Vaniqa. Some of the pesky black hairs come back sporadically, but for the most part I think I have them at bay.

I usually pluck the strays just before I get in the shower. I'm finding I'm getting better results when I use the creme right after I get out of the shower. Maybe it's due to the pores being open from the hot water ... I'm not sure.

I haven't had any side effects from using Vaniqa - no redness, nothing.

Recently I've been working at a few black ones that grow stick straight out from my face above the corner of the lip... so far, so good. Next I'm going to attack the uni-brow area which I've been shaving for 30 years or so. Can't hurt to try, right?

It is a bit pricey but I figure I would spend $75 aimlessly at Wal-Mart anyway ... why not buy something that can really do me some good. I'm not into the constant pain with plucking - never have been, and the thought of laser treatments scare me.

If I can be any further assistance let me know.

Good Luck!

Philomena

And not only the big, thick, straight ones cause problems.  Last night at an event I met a woman who was stunning... just jaw dropping!  Creamy white skin, gorgeous long black hair - beautiful face - but in the light it looked like she had a 5 o'clock shadow over her lips - I couldn't stop looking at it - there was no hair to be seen, but seriously, she probably could grow a thick black mustache if she didn't shave every day. This is so unfair!  What would someone like HER do?  It would cost a fortune in electrolysis, and she'd have to let it GROW to be worked on.  Now I'm grateful for my sporadic facial hair!

And nobody wants to go on Oprah and talk about their own facial hair!

Can you blame her?  That's what people would think about when they saw her for a while!!!  Nobody's THAT brave!
