Would you use a "filler" like Botox?

I would never get a facelift, but I am wondering if using "fillers" (I'll admit this is a term I didn't know about until a friend used it) might make sense.  Is Botox okay?  I accept my looks, honestly, but I can't help but wondering if I would smile more without so many creases?

I love fillers, I love botox.   But like all things, finding the professionals who have an eye for balance is key.

Dear Margaret,

I wouldn't ever use Botox. Note the name of the product ends in TOX. That tells you everything. You don't know whether or not the toxins stay forever and build up - that's the problem.
